At what moment do I need to pay for the tour?
After you have agreed on the main elements of the trip, such as air tickets, hotel room, transfer from and to the airport, transportation around the city, etc., you will need to make a 100% prepayment for the above services.

Currently, both incoming and outgoing international bank transfers do not work in Russia. How can I pay for air tickets, hotel, transfer and other services from my country without having a Russian bank card?

If I can't use my bank card in Russia, does it mean I can only pay in cash?
Yes, it's right. Remember that you can bring no more than 10,000 dollars per person into Russia without declaration.
Moscow has a very developed system of cashless payment, so it will be more convenient for you to use a bank card. Foreign citizens not residing in Russia cannot apply for a bank card, but we provide a service of renting our local bank card for the period of your stay in Moscow.

Do UAE citizens need a visa to Russia?
No, he/she doesn't. A citizen of the United Arab Emirates has the right to stay on the territory of the Russian Federation for up to 90 days.
